Notes:The Foxi1 probe template used in this study by Ohyama & Groves, 2004 [PMID:15376323] was generated by PCR using a BAC clone as template and the following primers: "5'-AGATTCATCCTCCAGCACCAG-3', 5'-GGAAACCAAGCAACGCTTCTC-3'. This yielded a 1.7kb fragment, which was subsequently linearised internally with XbaI to produce a 1.2-kb template region.
