Notes:The Cdh22 (PB-cadherin) probe template used in this study by Kitajima et al., 1999 [PMID:10398531] was generated from a "PB-cadherin cDNA fragment (PBC/5-276S)", which corresponded to nucleotides "343-1068" and was cloned into "pLITMUS vector (New England Biolabs), of which polylinker region is flanked by two separate T7 promoters, and were served as templates for in vitro transcription". Editors Note: the cDNA sequence the above co-ordinates refer to was submitted by the authors to DDBJ as AB019618.
