Notes:The Extl1 probe used in this study by Stickens et al., 2000 [PMID:10878610] "contains nucleotides 2320-3420 of the mouse EXTL1 cDNA and corresponds to the 3' untranslated region". Editors note: the authors do not refer these start and end co-ordinates to a specific, identifiable sequence. The "3' untranslated region" fragment described is 1100nt in length, whereas the 3'UTR of the Extl1 cDNA RefSeq NM_019578.1 is 1299nt in length (nt 2071-3370). It is unclear which 1100nt stretch the authors refer to.
