Notes:The Tmem46 (mshisa) probe used in this study by Filipe et al., 2006 [PMID:16773659] was "synthesized by linearizing the BC05764 clone with BglII and transcribing with T7 RNA polymerase". Editors note: BC05764 is a typographical error and should read BC057640. BglII cuts the 2740nt BC057640.1 sequence twice, at nt 306 and at nt 1808. Antisense probe, transcribed from a T7 RNA polymerase site in the vector, would correspond to nt 1808-2740.
