Notes:The Lrrtm3 probe used in this study by Haines & Rigby, 2007 [PMID:16860615] is described as follows: "A LRRTM3 cDNA was obtained from IMAGE clone 5359182 digested with KpnI and BamHI. The fragment equivalent to bases 1118 to 1882 of LRRTM3 sequence NM_178678 was cloned into KpnI and BamHI digested pBluescript II KS. An antisense probe was generated by digesting with BamHI and transcribing with T3 polymerase. "
