Notes:The Lrrn3 (NLRR-3) probe used in this study by Haines et al., 2005 [PMID:15893969] is described as follows: "An NLRR-3 probe was transcribed with T3 RNA polymerase from LR3 HIII/RI A, a plasmid constructed by digesting the NLRR-3 cDNA with EcoRI and HindIII and ligating the most 5' 689 bp into pBluescript II KS, which was linearised with EcoRI." Editors Note: restriction digestion of the Lrrn3 mouse cDNA RefSeq NM_010733.2 with EcoRI and HindII identifies only two cut sites at nt1173 (HindIII) and nt1737 (EcoRI). The "most 5' 689bp EcoRI-HindIII" fragment eluded to by the authors is presumed to extend from a linker derived EcoRI site at nt 484 to the HindIII site at nt 1173.
