[PMID:14675480] is described as thus: "Probe for ERK5 (corresponding to the last 207 amino acid and first 165 bp of the 3' utr) was generated by PCR using the primers ACTAGTACTCCTACTGGC and GCTCAGGTGGCTGCTTAAG. PCR products were cloned into pBluescript to give antisense sequence when transcribed from the T7 promoter".
