Notes:The Dct (Tyrp2) probe used in this study by Grindley et al., 1995 [PMID:7789273] was a gift from Ian Jackson and is described as " the 1.2 kb clone p5A7 described in Steel et al. (1992) [PMID:1280558] , digested with HindIII". Steel et al in turn refer to Jackson, 1988 [PMID:3132713] and Jackson et al., 1992 [PMID:1537334] for a description of clone A7 - the actual sequence of clone A7 is not reported in either of these papers.
