Notes:The 2810417H13Rik (p15(PAF)) probe used in this study by van Bueren et al., 2007 [PMID:16815099] is described as follows: "The probe used was synthesised from a plasmid of approximately 650 bp which was isolated from a subtracted library described previously (Fowles et al., 2003 [PMID:12533789] ), and covered the entire coding sequence of p15(PAF) as well as containing both 5' and 3' untranslated sequence." A sense probe was used as a control in initial hybridisations to confirm that staining was specific.
