Notes:The Atp6v1g2 (Atp6g2) probe used in this study by Murata et al., 2002 [PMID:12133826] was prepared as follows, "The 932-bp fragment derived from the 3'-untranslated region of G2 was cloned into the pBluescript II vector (Stratagene) and used to prepare probe." Editors Note: the authors submitted their G2 cDNA clone sequence to GenBank as AB076405.1 (1659nt, CDS 224..580), which has a 1079nt 3'UTR. It is unclear which 932nt stretch was used as probe.
