Notes:The Nnat probe template used in this study by Wijnholds et al., 1995 [PMID:7556909] is described as "a EcoRI/XhoI (residues 158-575) neuronatin cDNA fragment. It contains the complete coding region and part of the 3' noncoding region and encodes the 55-amino-acid protein form". Editor's note: The 55 amino acid form is neuronatin-1 (m-Nnatin1, X83568.1, see also Fig 2 of Wijnholds et al., for sequence). Anomalies in the above description (in the position of the XhoI site and a lack of EcoRI sites) prevent defining the exact probe sequence.
