Notes:The Cd34 probe used in this study by Wood et al., 1997 [PMID:9310481] is described as follows: "A murine CD34 cDNA clone containing the entire coding region was inserted into pBS (SK-) (Stratagene, La Jolla, CA) and the plasmid linearized to produce either antisense or sense templates. Digoxigenin-labeled riboprobes were prepared by transcription using T3 and T7 RNA polymerases, respectively."
