Notes:The Cd93 (aa4) probe used in this study by Petrenko et al., 1999 [PMID:10403644] is described as being "synthesized from a 2.5 kb XhoI-NcoI fragment of the aa4 cDNA subcloned into pBluescript SK, which contains the entire coding region." Editors note: Within the mouse Cd93 cDNA RefSeq NM_010740.3 (6638nt), there are no XhoI cut sites and two NcoI sites (at nt 4012 and nt 6069), both of which are well outside the ORF (nt 112..2046). It is unclear which region of the cDNA the authors are referring to from this description.
