Type:in situ hybridisation probe
Identifier:Notch3 probeA
Entity Detected:Notch3, Notch gene homolog 3 (Drosophila) ( MGI:99460)
Notes:The Notch3 probe used in this study by Williams et al., 1995 [PMID:8645602] is indicated as one of a number of "digoxigenin-labelled cRNA probes synthesised from cDNA fragments encoding all or part of the last seven EGF repeats and the three LN repeats of each of the mouse Notch genes (see Lardelli & Lendahl, 1993 [PMID:8440332] and Lardelli et al., 1994 [PMID:7918097] )". Editors note: Lardelli et al 1994 describe only a short oligonucleotide in situ probe to Notch3 (5'-AAG AAA GGG ACA CTC TGT ACA GGT AGG CAC GAG CCC CCA TGC AGA CAA-3'). Lardelli & Lendahl, 1993 do not mention Notch3.
