Notes:The Nr2f1 (COUP-TFI) probe template used in this study by Tang et al., 2005 [PMID:15907456] was a "1.5 kb full length mouse COUP-TFI cDNA (kindly provided by Dr. Austin Cooney) (Qiu et al., 1994 [PMID:8183930] )". Qiu et al. describe it as "The template cDNA encoding the whole open reading frame of mCOUP-TFI was subcloned into pBluescript SK+.".
