Notes:The Prickle1 (prickle) probe used in this study by Bekman & Henrique, 2002 [PMID:14516664] is described as follows: an "EST containing partial cDNA for prickle (GenBank Accession No. AI481235) was obtained from the Human Genome Mapping Project resource centre (HGMP-RC, Hinxton, Cambridge, UK) and its identity confirmed by sequencing. Digoxigenin-labelled RNA probes for prickle were synthesized by T7 RNA polymerase from plasmid template linearized with NotI". Editors Note: the template clone is IMAGE:876218.
