Notes:The Cdx2 probe used in this study by Cambray & Wilson, 2007 [PMID:17611225] is indicated as that previously used by Tanaka et al., 1998 [PMID:9851926] who in turn cite Suh et al., 1994 [PMID:7935448] , who describe the probe template as follows: "The complete coding region of the mCdx-2 cDNA was amplified by PCR with oligonucleotides corresponding to the translational start site and the translational termination site. The 5' primer is 5'-GGGAAGCTTACCATGTACGTGAGCTACCTTCTG-3', and the 3' primer is 5'-CTATTCGAATCACTGGGTGACAGT-3'."
