homogeneousWhole mount in situ hybridization indicated that Cbp is expressed in all regions of E8.5-E10.5 embryos.
Annotation Validation: EMAGE Editor
Detection Reagent
Type:in situ hybridisation probe
Identifier:Crebbp probeA
Entity Detected:Crebbp, CREB binding protein ( MGI:1098280)
Notes:The Crebbp (Cbp) probe used in this study by Tanaka et al., 2000 [PMID:10906457] is described as "the 360-nucleotides digoxygenin-labeled Cbp RNA, which corresponds to the BamHI-EcoRI region in the 5'-untranslated region of the mouse Cbp gene." Editors note: Within the mouse Crebbp cDNA RefSeq NM_001025432.1, there are no BamHI cut sites and 3 EcoRI sites, all well within the ORF. It is unclear which region the probe covers.
