Notes:Rad54l2 (Arip4) expression in this study by Zhang et al, 2007 [PMID:17374848] was assayed in embryos heterozygous for a gene trapped allele where the gene trap vector containing a splice acceptor, the betageo marker and a polyA signal was inserted into intron 2. Northern blot confirmed absence of transcript in mutant ES cells.
