Notes:
At E9.0, expression of RYPB is mostly restricted to the CNS with highest levels in the developing spinal cord (sc) and forebrain (fb). The distribution of RYBP transcripts in the hindbrain (hb) appears segmented. Transcripts for RYBP are also detected in the first branchial arch (ba), the distal part of the forelimb bud (lb), tail bud (tb) and hindgut (hg).
