Notes:The Gpc3 probe used in this study by Luxardi et al., 2007 [PMID:17107664] is described as follows: A Gpc-3 clone was identified by BLAST search of GenBank EST database using cDNA sequences of the NCBI database (Gpc-3: Accession No. BC036126). Corresponding EST clones were obtained from RZPD Consortium (www.rzpd.de/cgi-bin/db). Gpc-3: RZPD clone ID-IMAGp998O1010961. ESTs clones were confirmed by restriction enzyme digestion and sequence analysis. Digoxygenin RNA probes were synthesized according to the manufacturer s instruction (Roche). Editors Note: Information from the imaGenes (RZPD) website indicates the full insert sequence of clone IMAGp998O1010961 (IMAGE:4973409) is BC036126.1.
