Notes:The Gpc2 probe template used in this study by Luxardi et al., 2007 [PMID:17107664] is described as follows: The gpc-2 cDNA was cloned by RT-PCR of postnatal mouse brain. The following primers were used: Gpc-2 F(5' GAGCACCAGCACCCCGAGAAGAG 3' ) and R(5' GTAGCCCCCTTCCACTCCTCCTCA 3'). PCR products were cloned in pGEM-T-EasyVector (Promega).
