Notes:The Gpc4 probe template used in this study by Luxardi et al., 2007 [PMID:17107664] is described as follows: Gpc-4 cDNA was cloned by RT-PCR of mouse embryonic kidney. Gpc-4 F (5' CTGCTTTCCATCGGGTCTCATTCTG 3' ) and R (5' GTCAGCTTTCTCGTTGGCACTCTTCC 3' ). PCR products were cloned in pGEM-T-EasyVector (Promega).
