Notes:The Gpc5 probe template used in this study by Luxardi et al., 2007 [PMID:17107664] is described as follows: Gpc-5 cDNA was cloned by RT-PCR of postnatal mouse spinal cord. The following primers were used: Gpc-5 F(5' CATCAACACCACGGACCACATACAC 3') and R(5' CTCCACAGCCATCTTCGTCATCACAG 3'). PCR products were cloned in pGEM-T-EasyVector (Promega).
