Notes:The Dach2 probe used in this study by Davis, 2001 [PMID:11287190] is described as follow: "The antisense Dach2 riboprobe was transcribed from an EcoRV-linearized template using a digoxigenin (Dig) RNA Labeling Kit (Boehringer Mannheim) and T7 RNA polymerase. The Dach2 riboprobe construct contains a 1.0 kb Dach2 cDNA fragment (170 nucleotides of 5' UTR to amino acid position 283) cloned into the EcoRI site of pBluescript KS+."
