Notes:The Dicer1 probe used in this study by Yang et al., 2005 [PMID:15613470] is described as follows: "An ~400-bp dicer 3'-cDNA fragment was generated by PCR reactions from an E11.5 limb cDNA library (Stratagene) using the primers 5'-GACTTGCACACGGAGCAGTG-3' and 5'-GCATCTCCCAGGAATTCTAAG-3'. This fragment was cloned into a pGEM-T easy vector (Promega). Sense and antisense digoxigenin-labeled riboprobes were synthesized using T7 and SP6 RNA polymerases, respectively."
