Type:in situ hybridisation probe
Identifier:Sema6c probeA
Entity Detected:Sema6c, sema domain, transmembrane domain (TM), and cytoplasmic domain, (semaphorin) 6C ( MGI:1338032)
Notes:The Sema6c probe used in this study by Qu et al., 2002 [PMID:12110693] was "6-CLP", "SEMA6C long isoform probe". Editors Note: The sequence of this probe is not described by the authors, however elsewhere in the experimental procedures section, the authors do report that the following primers were used to detect the presence of a 120-bp insertion in SEMA6C (as opposed to a 96-bp insertion) in RT-PCR experiments: P9, 5'-GTCTGCGCCTTCTACCTGGA-3'; and P10, 5'-GGCCTGTAAAACATCAAAT-3'. These may have been used to generate the probe template sequence.
