Notes:The Set probe used in this study by Cai et al., 2005 [PMID:15703188] is described as follows: "PCR primers, designed with Primer3 software (frodo.wi.mit.edu/), were used to amplify cDNA-specific products, which were sequenced in both directions to ensure no mutations were incorporated. DIG-labeled RNA probes were generated from the PCR products using a DIG RNA transcription kit (Roche, Indianapolis, IN, USA), according to the manufacturer's protocol."
