Notes:Shroom3 (Shroom) expression was detected in this study by ldebrand & Soriano P, 1999 [PMID:10589677] using mice generated from a gene trap line where insertion of the vector disrupted expression of one of two alternative splice forms. Insertion occurred 3' of the translation start site for the longer transcript, but 5' to the translational start site for the shorter transcript.
