Type:in situ hybridisation probe
Identifier:Efnb1 probeA
Entity Detected:Efnb1, ephrin B1 ( MGI:102708)
Notes:The Efnb1 (Stra1) probe used in this study by Adams et al., 1999 [PMID:9990854] was a "1.1-kb fragment corresponding to the full-length coding region (Bouillet et al. 1995 [PMID:7649373] )" Editors Note: Z48781.1 is the accompanying GenBank entry for mouse Stra1 discussed by Bouillet et al. 1995. The coding region of this sequence lies between nt 718..1755 (i.e. 1037nt in length). The probe region is presumed to cover this region approximately, however the exact start and end points are not reported.
