Type:in situ reporter
Entity Detected:Cdh15, cadherin 15 ( MGI:106672)
Notes:Cdh15 (M-cadherin) expression was detected in this study by Hollnagel et al., 2002 [PMID:12052883] using a gene targeting approach. A genomic fragment encompassing the coding regions of exons 1 through 4 was replaced with a cassette containing nls-lacZ and PGK-neo. The deleted region encoded the signal peptide and extracellular domain 1, a putative mediator of homophilic binding.
