Entity Detected:Celf1, CUGBP, Elav-like family member 1 ( MGI:1342295)
Notes:Cugbp1 expression was detected in this study by Kress et al., 2007 [PMID:17130239] in embryos heterozygous for a targeted allele whereby nls-lacZ, which directs lacZ expression to the nucleus and a floxed NEO cassette were inserted into exon 1 via homologous recombination. RT-PCR and Western blot analysis confirmed absence of RNA and protein expression in homozygous fibroblasts.
