Notes:The Tapt1 probe used in this study by Howell et al, 2007 [PMID:17151244] is described as follows: "A Tapt1 riboprobe vector was generated by amplifying a 608-bp RT-PCR product corresponding to nucleotides 1760-2368 of the cDNA, using the following primers that contained SP6 and T7 primer sites, respectively: H3RS7F, GCGATTTAGGTGACACTATAGAATACTGGATGCTGACACTTGAACA; H3RS7R GCGTAATACGACTCACTATAGGGAGACCTTTAACTTGGAATAACCAATG. The amplimer was in vitro transcribed, incorporating digoxygenin-dUTP." Editors note: the amplified region corresponds to nt1897-2496 of the Tapt1 mouse cDNA RefSeq NM_173764.3.
