Notes:The Vangl2 (Ltap) probe template used in this study by Kibar et al., 2001 [PMID:11431695] was "a pCR2.1-TOPO plasmid (Invitrogen) carrying a 1-kb fragment of the Ltap coding region (nt 244-1247). To prepare a template for in vitro transcription, we amplified the plasmid insert by PCR using M13 forward and reverse primers and then transcribed a probe using T7 RNA polymerase". Editors note: The GenBank accession number for the Ltap mRNA is AF365875.
