Notes:
Wnt10a expression is localized in the forelimb and hindlimb AER (arrowheads in J). J: Lateral view of the whole embryo. Ventral view of the forelimb bud. K: Dorsal on the right.

Entity Detected:Wnt10a, wingless related MMTV integration site 10a ( MGI:108071)
Notes:The Wnt10a probe used in this study by Narita et al., 2005 [PMID:15789446] for in situ hybridisations on mouse embryos is not explicitly described by the authors, although it may have been the same they used for chick Wnt10a in situs, which was transcribed from "a plasmid containing the entire coding region of chicken Wnt10a", which "was digested with NsiI followed by blunting and was transcribed with T3 RNA polymerase to prepare the antisense probe". The GenBank identifier for the full-length chick cDNA described is AB177400.1
