Notes:The Efna3 probe used in this study by Duffy et al., 2006 [PMID:16466970] is described as follows: "A probe corresponding to bases 130-784 of the coding sequence (GenBank Accession No. 51708201, nt 179-833) was used for Efna3 detection." Editors Note: GenInfo (GI) identifier 51708201 corresponds to the 4th version of XM_204001 (i.e. XM_204001.4), the coding region of which extends between 49..741 (i.e. 692nt in length) therefore there is a discrepancy in the author's description as it must extend into the 3'UTR.
