Type:in situ hybridisation probe
Identifier:Fgf17 probeD
Entity Detected:Fgf17, fibroblast growth factor 17 ( MGI:1202401)
Notes:The Fgf17 probe used in this study by Maruoka et al., 1998 [PMID:9651520] is indicated as that previously described by Hoshikawa et al., 1998 [PMID:9514906] . Editors Note: Hoshikawa describe a rat cDNA fragment (AB008682.1) used to generate in situ probe and a mouse cDNA fragment (AB009250.1) which was not used to generate in situ probe - it is not specified if the rat or mouse was used by Maruoka.
