nt 2697 - nt 3291 of XM_193720.2
Notes:The Fgfr4 probe used in this study by Li et al., 2007 [PMID:17164422] is indicated as that previously described by Wright et al., 2003 [PMID:14517998] i.e: "The Fgfr4 probe contained 700 bp from the 3' untranslated region (mFgfr4, accession no. XM193720, bp2697-3291). An antisense probe was generated by digestion with XhoI, followed by transcription with T7 RNA polymerase." Editors note: There are two versions of XM_193720. The sequences contain 3299nt of identical sequence and differ only by XM_193720.2 (3323bp) extending for a further 24bp at the 3' end. A XhoI site is found at position 2697 of either sequence. However, a fragment extending between nt "2697-3291" would be 594nt in length and not 700nt as indicated by the authors.
