Type:in situ reporter
Entity Detected:Foxs1, forkhead box S1 ( MGI:95546)
Notes:Foxs1 expression was detected in this study by Heglind et al., 2005 [PMID:15964817] in embryos heterozygous for a targeted allele in which an NLS-lacZ cassette was inserted after the first 16 amino acids of the locus, replacing the DNA binding region. Staining indicated that expression of lacZ reflected expression of endogenous protein.
Labelled with:LacZ
