Notes:The Yy1 probe used in this study by Donohoe et al., 1999 [PMID:10490658] was "constructed by digesting the murine YY1/delta cDNA with SacI (Hariharan et al., 1991 [PMID:1946404] ) and religating this plasmid to generate YY1delSacI. This construct spans YY1 amino acids 1 to 337. The antisense RNA probe was transcribed with the T7 polymerase from the YY1delSacI plasmid linearized with EcoRI". Editor's note: the GenBank ID for delta-transcription factor (YY1) reported in Hariharan et al. is M74590.1. SacI cuts this sequence once, at position 1054 (i.e. aa 337).
