Notes:The Hnf1b probe used in this study by Zhou et al., 2007 [PMID:17609113] is of unreported sequence. The method given by the authors is as follows: "a plasmid library that represents ~1,100 independent mouse TFs served as template for PCR amplification of the insert. Digoxigenin-labeled cRNA probes were made directly from the PCR products using T7, T3, or Sp6 polymerases (Roche) and purified through Micro Bio-spin columns (Bio-Rad)". Editors note: in the Supplementary Information, the mouse cDNA RefSeq NM_009330 is given as an additional gene identifier for Hnf1b.
