Notes:Hspb1 expression was revealed in this study by Huang et al., 2007 [PMID:17661394] in heterozygotes for a targeted allele where 60% of the coding region from the ATG start codon to exon 2 was replaced with a lacZ and floxed neo cassette. Mice were bred to B6-Cre mice to remove the neo cassette.
