Notes:Ift88 (Tg737) expression was revealed in this study by Zhang et al., 2003 [PMID:12701101] in mice heterozygous for a targeted allele that was originally described by Murcia et al, 2000 [PMID:10804177] , i.e. where a genomic fragment containing exons 2 and part of 3 was replaced with a lacZ gene with a splice acceptor site and neomycin selection cassette.
