Notes:The Fstl1 probe used in this study by Adams et al., 2007 [PMID:17129766] is described as follows: "PCR derived DNA template was made using the following primers containing the promoter sequences for the T7 and T3 RNA polymerase and were designed to amplify a segment of exons 6-9 from embryonic cDNA: Fstl1T7: 5'-CAGAGATGCA TAATACGACT CACTATAGGG AGAGCTTCCA AGAGTTCCTC AAGTGC-3', Fstl1T3: 5'-CCAAGCCTTC ATTAACCCTC ACTAAAGGGA GACGATGCTG TTTCCTTAGT TGCC-3'. Sense (T7) and antisense (T3) probes were generated using the Roche DIG RNA Labeling Mix according to the manufacturer's instructions."
