Notes:The Lpar2 (Lpa2) probe template used in this study by Ohuchi et al., 2008 [PMID:18924241] was generated by PCR using the primers 5'-GGGCCAGTGCTACTACAACG-3' (left) and 5'-AGTAACGGGCAGACTTGTGG-3' (right) using the template cDNA described by Tanaka et al. 2006 [PMID:16829511] . The probe transcribed from it is 965nt in length.
