Notes:The S1pr2 (S1p2) probe used in this study by Ohuchi et al., 2008 [PMID:18924241] was generated by PCR using the primers 5'-GACATGCAGGAGACCACCTC-3' (left) and 5'-GCATATGCATGCCTCTCTCC-3' (right) and a cloned template cDNA obtained from FANTOM (DNAFORM). The authors state that the probe transcribed from this clone is 943nt in length and give AK085114 as the accession number for the cDNA obtained from DNAFORM.
