Notes:The Gna13 probe template used in this study by Ohuchi et al., 2008 [PMID:18924241] was generated by PCR using the primers 5'-TCATGCTGCAGTGATGACAA-3' (left) and 5'-CCAGGGACAGGGTACTGAAA-3' (right) and a template cDNA obtained from DNABook (DNAFORM). The authors give AK078125 as an identifier and indicate the resultant probe is 1053nt in length.
