Notes:The 1110032E23Rik (Ened) probe used in this study by Meszaros et al., 2008 [PMID:18956345] was "generated by amplifying a 564 bp fragment of the ORF corresponding to nucleotides 926 to 1490 that were linearized with NotI and EcoRI and transcribed with T7 and T3 RNA polymerase, respectively (for sense and antisense)". Editors Note: Elsewhere the authors state "A full-length cDNA clone encompassing 3528 nucleotides was obtained from RZPD (Germany; I.M.A.G.E. consortium clone IMAGE:6827227) and sequenced (GenBank Accession No. EU797522)".
