Annotation Validation: EMAGE Editor
Detection Reagent
Type:in situ reporter
Entity Detected:Hnf1b, HNF1 homeobox B ( MGI:98505)
Notes:Hnf1b expression was revealed in this study by Barbacci et al., 1999 [PMID:10518496] in embryos heterozygous for a targeted allele where exon 1 was replaced by a construct containing lacZ and neo. The deleted coding sequence encodes the entire N-terminal dimerisation domain and a portion of another domain showing homology to either the human POU-A subdomain or human B-domain.
Labelled with:LacZ
Specimen
Organism:mouse
Strain:either: (involves: 129P2/OlaHsd) or (involves: 129P2/OlaHsd * C57BL/6J) or (involves: 129P2/OlaHsd * C57BL/6J * DBA/2)
Age:10.5 dpc
Theiler Stage:TS16
Mutations:Hnf1btm1Sce/Hnf1b+
Preparation:wholemount
Procedures
Fixation:0.2% glutaraldehyde, 2% formaldehyde, 2mM MgCl2, 5mM EGTA
