Type:in situ hybridisation probe
Identifier:MGI:3810671
Entity Detected:Dpf3, D4, zinc and double PHD fingers, family 3 ( MGI:1917377)
Notes:The Dpf3 probe used in this study by Lange et al., 2008 [PMID:18765789] is described on page 18 of the supplementary materials as being generated from the following cDNA "mouse Dpf3 (NM 058212, AK039011, 53-304bp)". Editors note: The two sequence identifiers given by the authors: NM_058212.1 and AK039011.1, are not identical - they differ by 10 nucleotides at the 5' end (NM_058212.1 is 10 nucleotides longer) and AK039011.1 also contains a 3 nucleotide insertion around nucleotide 300. It is unclear which of these sequences the co-ordinates given by the authors refer to.
